Received a 10% discount for scheduling online during a specific timeframe only to be charged a mysterious miscellaneous fee charge "shop charge" on my bill to make up the difference on their end. Not a respectable business practice. Just a simple oil change service.

Service Department is ridiculous. The Service Manager Hailey was caught lying to me repeatedly concerning the parts ordered for my truck. I was eventually forced to call Ford Motor Company to help me get to the bottom of who was lying. She told me on several occasions that one of the axle bolts were there but the second hadn't arrived. Went to the maintenance department for an oil change, full inspection and fluid leak. Earl was my assigned advisor. He’s great! You will get a video of what the mechanics find via text/email. I’ve never seen this and think it is awesome! Prices are fair and I love that they offer a complementary shuttle service.
